Halcyon House
Halcyon was selected for this grand home for its proximity to the ocean, and the home’s owner’s links to their Greek heritage. The addition to this grand home takes advantage of the subfloor land area, expanding the building footprint to include several functions that resemble the epitome of grand luxury living in Albert Park. The layout has been optimised to cater to zoned living functions, while also being the ideal family home for extended gatherings. One of the main design considerations factored in to the design is natural light and ventilation. there are discreet and subtle punctures that enable cross flow ventilation and access to direct sunlight on south facing rooms.
